Terms of Service

LooksAudit (looksmaxxinggpt.com) is operated by Future Cities LLC ("we", "us"). It is a software service that uses an AI model to produce an automated estimate of how conventionally attractive a face appears in a photo, together with grooming and presentation suggestions. It is not a medical, dermatological, dental or psychological service, it does not give medical advice, and nothing in a report is a recommendation to undergo any procedure or take any medication.

By using the service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Photo Policy. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo.

You must be 18 or older. You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading a photo of another person, of a minor, or a photo you do not have the right to use is a breach of these terms; such uploads are refused where we can detect them and deleted.

The free scan gives a headline score, a tier, a photo-confidence indicator and one line of feedback, plus a share card. The paid audit adds per-feature scores and notes, a potential score, a first-impressions section, a ranked plan, questions to bring to a professional and the full share card. The bundle adds one re-scan that can be used 14 days or more after the audit. A re-scan on its own can be bought for an existing audit.

Prices are one-time: $9.99 for the full audit, $14.99 for the audit with one re-scan, $4.99 for an extra re-scan. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Prices may change for future purchases; a purchase is at the price shown when you paid.

Reports are generated immediately after payment. By paying you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that any statutory right to cancel ends once the report is delivered. Free scans are limited in number per visitor and per day.

The score is produced by an AI model and re-mapped onto a bell curve so that the scores we deliver centre on 5. It is an estimate of a photo, not a measurement of a person. Lighting, angle, expression and the limits of the model change it. We promise consistency (the same photo and settings give the same score) and transparency (the report says what the photo cannot show); we make no promise of accuracy, and no promise that following any suggestion will change your score, your appearance or how others treat you.

We do not use the service to identify anyone, we do not create or store a faceprint or any biometric template, and we do not compare your photo with any other photo or person. See the Photo Policy.

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload photos of anyone other than yourself, including minors, public figures, or people who have not consented;
• upload sexual, nude or violent images;
• harass, bully, defame or discriminate against anyone, or share a report in a way intended to do so;
• make medical, employment, insurance, housing, credit or other consequential decisions about anyone;
• misrepresent a report as a human or professional opinion, or present AI output as your own testimonial;
• attempt to extract the model, its prompts or its safety settings, or to overload, scrape or interfere with the service;
• resell reports or offer the service to others for payment without our written agreement.

If the report cannot be generated, you are refunded automatically. If you are unhappy with your report, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will re-run it or refund you. See the Refund Policy for details.

Reports are generated with xAI's Grok vision model under a zero-data-retention arrangement: your photo is used to produce the response and is not retained by xAI. LooksAudit is not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI or OpenAI. "GPT" is used descriptively.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us only the permission needed to process them as described. The report we generate for you is yours to keep, share or delete. The software, design, prompts and calibration are ours.

If you make a share card public, you choose to publish the card (score, tier, bars and one line; never a photo) at a public link. You can make it private again from your report page.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may change the service or these terms; changes apply to purchases made after they are published. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who breaches these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
