Refund Policy

If your report cannot be generated (the model fails after retries, or the service refuses your photos after you have paid), the payment is refunded automatically to the card you used, and you are emailed. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you are unhappy with your report, email hello@looksmaxxinggpt.com from the address you paid with, or include your report link, within 7 days of purchase. We will offer a re-run with new photos, or a full refund, your choice. We do not ask why.

A re-scan credit that has not been used is refundable within 7 days of purchase. A re-scan that has been generated is treated like a report.

Please ask us first; a refund takes one email and arrives faster than a dispute.
